Our contribution to the educational network in the Rhineland
WIRK is the competence network for Artificial Intelligence (AI) and work design in the Rhenish mining area. Together with companies and their employees, we develop and test practical AI applications for work and production processes. The focus is on three areas of application: securing and transferring knowledge, planning and flexible working, and ensuring and improving quality.
Our services include practical training for employees and managers, individual consulting for companies on their AI potential, and interactive demonstrators that promote a sound understanding of AI. Our solutions promote AI competencies, support the design of attractive workplaces, and strengthen the future viability of manufacturing companies.
