It places jobseekers in suitable positions, offers careers advice and promotes further vocational training. It is also responsible for paying unemployment benefit and other social benefits. Our contribution to the educational network in the Rhineland

Analyses The Employment Agency offers comprehensive analyses and reports on regional labor markets. This helps, for example, to derive needs for future training measures. Advice and support The Employment Agency advises those seeking training, employees and companies on questions of professional further training, qualification and retraining. It supports companies in their search for qualified specialists and in the development of qualification strategies. Funding for further training and qualification The Employment Agency offers various funding options for further training and retraining. These measures aim to prepare job seekers and employees for the demands of new jobs and open up new perspectives for them. Particular attention is paid to future-oriented professions and qualifications that arise as a result of structural change. Cooperation with regional stakeholders The Employment Agency works closely with regional educational institutions, companies and other organizations to develop needs-based qualification offers. This cooperation ensures that the qualification measures meet the current and future requirements of the labor market in the Rhineland mining area.
