Specific support needs

• Would you like to network with specific educational stakeholders? If so, which ones? • Do you prefer specific formats? If so, which ones, and with what objectives?
We wish for targeted networking with vocational colleges, chambers of commerce, economic development agencies, companies, employment agencies, job centers, universities as well as regional education and skilled worker networks in the Rhineland region. Particularly relevant to us are actors involved in vocational training and further training, technical qualification, retraining, dual training, and securing skilled workers.

As concrete formats, we wish for skilled worker workshops, matching events with companies, round tables on vocational education, information events for participants as well as project workshops for the development of new qualification offers. The goal is to identify companies' qualification needs at an early stage, to qualify people specifically for technical occupations, and to make a joint contribution to securing skilled workers and structural change in the Rhineland region.
